No, no astrologers. Or psychics. Several scientists, however, did predict this. They just had no idea when.
According to scientists who study this stuff, we've been overdue for a massive outbreak for a long time. They figured it would probably be a new or mutated strain of the common flu, like the H1N1 scare of 2010 or the devastating Spanish flu of 1918.
They knew it was coming, they just had no idea what bug it would be or where it would come from. If a psychic or astrologer predicted this, they didn't know where or when either. They just predicted it would happen some day, which is kind of like using psychic powers to predict that the sun will rise.

No one has accurately predicted the current coronavirus pandemic using astrology, psychic powers, or any other magic method. People may claim to have, but as usual their predictions are never specific - rather they are generalised and open making them high probability guesses.
Some people are claiming Sylvia Browne (a well known psychic fraud) predicted the pandemic in her 2008 book, but again there is nothing to suggest the prediction is anything more than an educated guess. Pandemics happen fairly regularly over history. She claimed “around 2020” which is an indefinite date range, and everything else she says is just plain wrong. Covid-19 is not “a severe pneumonia-like illness” - about 80% of people infected have only mild symptoms and recover. It does not resist all known treatments - doctors know how to treat it, and it has not “suddenly vanished as quickly as it arrived”.
Moreover, Sylvia Browne and her disgusting ilk made or make hundreds of predictions, with none of them really coming true. It's only confirmation bias and uncritical thinking to claim this one is a 'hit'. No one has ever been able to prove psychic powers under controlled scientific testing.

She wasn't an astrologer but there are claims she did predict the pandemic. Here's an article on it.
