Yea it seems rehearsed. Rob was on "survivor" he and the girl from the show got married. The others well the "nerdy" guy seems to cocky about everything . like the "I know everything about paranormal stuff" attitude. But to answer you yes I think its rehearsed and taped cut and re shot if the producers don't like it. Just something to ride on the coat tails of ghost hunters.

Even if it is rehearsed, it can be pretty interesting sometimes. Except when its about Bigfoot (thats been done to death!)
