DELIVERANCE AND CLEANSING
Demons are fallen angels (Revelation 12:7) and spirits of Nephilim (See Genesis 6 and Numbers 13:33). These beings make up Satan’s spiritual army.
TO TELL IF A PERSON IS DEMON-POSSESSED, CHECK FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:
• Abhorrence of Biblical scriptures, the name of the Lord Jesus Christ or anointing oil
• Exhibition of demonic powers
• Ability to speak in demonic tongues (the counterfeit to the Holy Spirit's gift of Tongues). To tell the difference, you would need to have the Holy Spirit’s gift of Discerning of Spirits or His gift of Interpretation of Tongues or consult a believer with one of these gifts
• Supernatural strength in ungodly behaviour
• Self-destructive behaviour
• Wild physical movements as if being controlled by another being
• Complete change of voice
• Uncontrolled animal sounds
HOW PERSONS CAN BE FREE OF DEMONS
Demons gain the right of way to possess or attach themselves to a person when that person sins. Having evil thoughts are sins too (Matthew 5:28). Authority over ALL evil spirits is given by the Lord Jesus Christ to believers only (Luke 10:19). Believers have authority in Christ to bind demons and cast them out of persons (themselves included) in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, providing all persons involved in the deliverance have repented of their sins. Certain demons are harder to cast out. The persons involved in the deliverance would have to practice Christian Prayer and Fasting in order to cast out these demons.

Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
SIGNS OF A HAUNTED PLACE
• Residents fighting often
• Things moving, malfunctioning for no apparent reason or operating on their own
• Items disappearing and reappearing
• Vibrations of furniture or building when there aren’t any earthquakes
• Sudden temperature drops
• Sightings of eerie or evil spirits, shadows or lights
• Eerie or evil supernatural sounds
• Sounds of footsteps or voices when no one is walking or talking nearby
• Bad odours (eg. sulphur, garbage, rotting flesh) that seem to come from nowhere
• Strange animal behavior
• Feelings of being watched
• Residents experiencing sleep-paralysis or chronic nightmares
HOW TO GET RID OF EVIL SPIRITS IN YOUR PROPERTY
Evil spirits pass in and out of homes, apartments, buildings and even churches. On the topic of ghosts, souls of the deceased go on to either Heaven or Hell, so if you encounter an entity that looks or sounds like a soul of a human who has passed, bear in mind that demons can and do masquerade as souls of the deceased. If you are involved in occult practices or other types of sin, demons could possess you, attach themselves to you or be around you. These spirits may be attracted to certain items or symbols in the room or property. If you are saved, the Holy Spirit will let you know what these symbols or items are when you come across them.
If you are not saved, here is a prayer to make Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour. If you say this prayer sincerely, your sins will be washed away, you will be redeemed to God, be saved from eternal torment, inherit the Kingdom of God and the Lord Jesus Christ will give you authority over Satan and all demons (Luke 10:19).

Please forgive me and save me by your shed blood;
come into my heart.
I want to receive you as my own personal Lord and Savior.
Amen"
As a believer, you can get rid of the demons in your property, land or room by yourself or with others who are saved by saying a prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is better if you pray with other Christians because the Lord Jesus promises to be in the presence of two or more believers gathered in His name (Matthew 18:20). Before you pray, you need to do two things. First, identify any cursed items or symbols in the property or land and destroy or anoint them accordingly. Occultic items (such as Ouija boards, witchcraft books and tools, books and other media that are against Christianity, tarot cards, crystal balls, fetishes and occultic jewelry) and occultic symbols must be destroyed. Such symbols must be erased, removed or painted over, and occultic items must be smashed or burnt. For a cursed item that is not of the occult (an item that was cursed by a witch), you can anoint it, break the curse off of it and bless it in Jesus’ name. The second thing you need to do is use virgin olive oil that has been blessed (by a Christian) to anoint yourself and the person/s praying with you, other Christian residents and pets. Prayer to cleanse land, building or room:
“Heavenly Father, we worship and thank You for who You are and all You do. We give You all of the honour, the glory and the praise and acknowledge You as Headship over this cleansing.
We forgive all of our enemies including those who have cursed us or our property and ask You Father God to bless them. We repent of all our sins (list those the Holy Spirit reveals to you).
Lord Jesus, we thank You for giving us the authority and power to bind and overcome all evil spirits in your name (Matthew 18:18; Luke 10:19). In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we break all curses that have been put on this property. In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we bind all of you demonic strongmen and your subordinates and every astral traveler in this place, and WE COMMAND ALL OF YOU EVIL SPIRITS TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. We ask You Lord Jesus to deal with any demons or astral travelers who are refusing to leave. We pray against counter attacks, retaliation and revenge of evil spirits. We claim Isaiah 54:17 and declare that ‘No weapon formed against us shall prosper’. We thank You Father God for all angels assigned to us and ask that You would dispatch them at Your discretion.
We consecrate this place to You Almighty Father and welcome Your presence and peace in the name of Jesus Christ (at this point, use blessed virgin olive oil to anoint the doors, windows, gates and corners of your property). Thank you Heavenly Father for cleansing this place from all curses and evil spirits. We say this prayer in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”
If in the future you experience demonic activity in the home, tell the evil spirit/s with faith, "I command you to leave now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!"
If you’re still having difficulty in getting rid of evil spirits, practice Christian Prayer and Fasting and perform the cleansing again.

The truth about Jesus Christ can be found only in the Holy Bible. Three days after the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, He resurrected from the dead (Luke 24:1-8; Acts 10:40; 1 Corinthians 15:4) and 40 days later, He ascended into Heaven (Acts 1:3; Luke 24:50-53; Acts 1:9-11).
Without God, the spiritual part of the human being is dead (Ephesians 2:5, Colossians 2:13). The sin of our first parents (Adam and Eve) caused the separation between God and man. Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Sin causes us to be separated from God which results in spiritual death. Christ, the 2nd Person of the Triune Godhead was made flesh (through the immaculate conception) and paid the price for our sins by dying on the cross so we could THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST AS OUR SAVIOUR be instantly redeemed and united to God and have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit who teaches us, comforts us and grants us fruits to live in righteousness and gifts to help and edify the Church. The only way one can receive redemption and union with God is through receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as one’s Saviour.
REDEMPTION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH
Because mankind is incapable of meeting God’s standard of perfection necessary to abide in God’s presence (Romans 3:19-20,23), God sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the total debt for the believer’s sins and mercifully credits to his account Christ’s righteousness (Romans 3:21-28,5:1-11; 2 Corinthians 5:18-21). Jesus’ gracious act of atonement was complete and covers all sin (Colossians 2:13-14; 1 John 1:9). Salvation is not based on good deeds but according to the mercy of God (Titus 3:4-5). Believers are justified by faith; it is a gift by God’s grace (Romans 4:3-8; Ephesians 2:8-9). A true, living faith will result in a desire to live a holy, loving life of good works (Ephesians 2:10; Galatians 5:6; James 2:14-26), but failure to be absolutely successful at righteous living does not negate the believer’s justified status.
