Rotten egg smell? being haunted by an evil spirit?

So we recently moved into this really old house. the last few months every now and then when i went into the bathroom to brush my teeth i would smell rotten eggs, it didnt happen ALL the time tho . i thought it was the water at first. i always told my mom but she said she never smelt it. today, right before i went to shower i smelt it again! but in the kitchen! i told my mom but she didnt belive me! so now i was in the living room and smelt it again! i told myy mum n she went to the basement to see if something was leaking, but there was nothing. then when she came back up from the basement she smelt it to and got goose bumps bc she said it means theres an evil spirit. just now she put salt all around the house, and said "i hope this isnt guna piss it off" . is the salt guna help? or just make it madder?what do we do now?& how come i used 2 only smell it in the br and now its all around the house? (we have had weird things happen,my sis saw a white figure go into my room,i saw a black figure in my miror, etc)

Could be a spirit or it could be that your close in running out of propane if you do have it, or a leak.....do you have a propane or gas hot water heater? When my tank is low it will give off that kinda smell....have someone check it out, if low, or a leak.



And yes spirits do give off all kinds of smells, if your sure you been seeing them, then yes the smell could be from a spirit, but I suggest checking out the hot water heater, and propane tank, lines for leaks.

I know what the smell is--I had it happen in my own bathroom. Sometimes the DRAIN TRAP, under the sink or shower/tub will run out or empty of water--especially if not used too much. THEN you smell the gas from the sewer line, that the water trap usually blocks.---Solution run some water down the offending drain (s) so the traps fill again and block the smell.

Ohh!! What you may have saw is a negative energy. A negative energy is a black figure, it is evil, and they are people who Never lived before, or died at a very young age. I would look into this. Contact the person who sold or rented it to you, and try to look into the history of the house.. like when it was built, what happened, did anyone die in it.. etc.. hope this helped!

It's probably a leak of CO2... you know carbon dioxide ?



& salt usually helps.. lol but CO2 you can't see.. it usually smells like that..



& also too... call an expert to see if your house is actually haunted.

I had that same experience earlier than in my historical dwelling in GA. Oftentimes, i'd get feelings of scorching or cold. Routinely, I had nightmares about anyone death within the basement. Come to find out, an ancient rumor was, that the ancient master that lived there years before had killed a runaway slave in the cellar via beating her to loss of life, and she used to be pregnant. She and the little one each died. That you could either ignore it, be trained the history of the condo and spot if whatever happened there that may give an explanation for the exercise. I suppose spirits can keep irritated once they die horrible deaths, and their imprint and poor vigour remains. If you happen to believe in clergymen, call one to bless it if it will make you consider better. Ignoring them worked for me, and that i used to actually get fed up as a child and inform it to F off and go away me on my own, and the presence would depart. My ancient grandma prayed quite a bit, but she under no circumstances observed feeling afraid, however I consider she knew anything wasn't proper in there too, although we never pointed out it together.

Demons (fallen angels and spirits of Nephilim) gain the right of way to possess or attach themselves to a person when that person sins. Having evil thoughts are sins too (Matthew 5:28). Authority over ALL evil spirits is given by the Lord Jesus Christ to believers only (Luke 10:19). Believers have authority in Christ to bind demons and cast them out of persons (themselves included) in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, providing all persons involved in the deliverance have repented of their sins. Certain demons are harder to cast out. The persons involved in the deliverance would have to practice Christian Prayer and Fasting in order to cast out these demons.

As a believer, you can get rid of the demons in your property, land or room by yourself or with others who are saved by saying a prayer in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is better if you pray with other Christians because the Lord Jesus promises to be in the presence of two or more believers gathered in His name (Matthew 18:20). Before you pray, you need to do two things. First, identify any cursed items or symbols in the property or land and destroy or anoint them accordingly. Occultic items (such as Ouija boards, witchcraft books and tools, books and other media that are against Christianity, tarot cards, crystal balls, fetishes and occultic jewelry) and occultic symbols must be destroyed.
