How do I know if I need spirit release therapy, or if its just my own negativity?

Please, I'm asking politely, do not call me stupid, delusional, gullible, etc. this IS a serious question. If you do not know what spirit release therapy is, and don't know about spirit attachments, look it up and get back to me. Anyway, my whole life I've been repeatedly traumatized, verbally abused by people, bullied, manipulated, and used by others, as well as being in a few potentially life threatening situations. Something very serious happened to me about two and a half years ago, I don't wanna get into what it was, but I haven't been the same since. Part of me died that day and something darker replaced that dead part of me. I try and try to get better mentally, thru therapy, meds, etc. but only do well for a few months then brutally turn against myself and self sabatage. I believe I have spirit attachments, but I don't know for sure because since I was a kid I always self doubt every thought I have. But anyway my question is, do you think I need spirit release therapy. Please, serious answers only. I'm not looking for attention I'm being dead-serious/legit.

I understand this. Im wondering if you have high levels of energy, before this happened. Some people are on a higher spiritual path than others, usually those with life paths of 11 & 22, so all kinds of traumatic things happen in their life that change them. If they get too far in depression, like you...they can bring negative things to happen to them, including lower leveled entities. You have to remember, that what we dwell on, is what we bring...its the power of manifestation. Its our way of bringing things back around to deal with the trauma and release it. Unless you are seeing or sensing spirits around you, you probably do not need spirit release. What you need is a good support system of gifted people like yourself who need to learn to deal with depression, trauma, ptsd, ect. You have not healed, meds wont work...it has to be real healing where you at peace with the things that have happened.

I know what your life is like, mine has been similiar and it all started the day I was born...I wasnt even suppose to be born as my mother went in for an abortion because she and dad had the RH factor, then I spent 2 years in a hospital with lung problems, then they divorced, then abuse through out most of my life...and the tragic stories I could, go on and on.

But there are things you can do. Im not religious, although I respect religion and Jesus, I am more spiritual because of my near death experiences(had a few of them) You need to not hold in any anxiety or anger you have, release it daily. Do not let it build up...you have to learn to cope with it. Exercise helps alot, get it out.

Epsom salt baths are good for relaxing and have healing properties. Burning White Sage helps with any negativity around you(so does the salt baths) you can get the salts from any store, and can use sea salt too, but I like Epsom salt. Try meditating for atleast 20 minutes in the morning, its hard to do when you have alot of anxiety and frustration, but keep working on it..look it up on youtube to help you better understand how to do it. You can also try a past life regression, some of this stuff might have been brought over(yes past lives are real, I learned this also through my near death experiences) You might have long overdue fears and phobias that have been brought into this life and repeated over and over, its your souls way of getting you to deal with it.

You can also join spiritual websites or if you have any locally or any cities near you, try them. We have a community college here that actually offers these classes now.

You can try to redirect your thinking...go back to school, try something you have always wanted to do, pick up an artistic pursuit to help you relax, anything you dream about doing...take baby steps and start doing it...this helps to raise your vibrational frequency.

If you live near water, the ocean, a lake, pond, pool...spend time next to it or swimming...water has healing properties. Get lots of sunlight, for vitamin D and energy...sunlight is very healthy, just dont get too much where you get sunburned, if you are light skinned, atleast 30 minutes a day...do not stay in dark rooms for too long. We are energy beings, so make sure you getting sun and eating the right foods....anything that grows from the earth and sunlight...fruits and vegetables, ect.

Get plenty of rest, atleast 8 hours, melatonin is over the counter at Walmart if you need help.

Take extra vitamins, stress and negativity deplete your body of vitamin B's, these vitamins help keep you calm and balanced.

Pray or pick up a spiritual pursuit that connects you with God, light, positivity, ect.

Find a good therapist, somebody you can work through your past traumas with until you understand, heal and let go. Medicine is a bandaide, not a cure.

Remember that if our souls are energy, thats what brings these bodies we live in alive, so if you have alot of negative thoughts/feelings...you are going to manifest these things into your reality...thats why people see demons and other unpleasant things...they are manifesting from the lower vibrational density. You dont have to live on the higher frequencies all the time either...you are here, try to balance out your emotions. When you catch yourself dwelling, obsessing over the bad things that have happened to you...catch yourself and light some sage or take an epsom salt bath, exercise, play good music, ect...you have to redirect yourself.

You have to learn to cope. Even if somebody did a spirit releasement, exorcism, ect...if you still have bad thoughts from your past, you are still going to have problems. So, you have to deal with them, heal and let go. And remember acceptance of who you are and gratitude for these experiences, the good and the bad. You will never be the kid you use to be, or the person you were...you are a different person now...accept it, God has other plans in store for you. Let your past go. God Bless

I have seen many houses and people cleansed of ghosts/spirits from the other side so first off Im letting you know i know alot about spirit cleansing/blessings etc... As a kind of a a spychic myself I can get rid of them myself see them talk to them etc. My problem is Im not very nice about it and i tend to overkill the situation..... OK that aside

It does not sound like in any way shape of form that you have a ghost or spirit attached to you. I am sorry but what it sounds like is someone damaged you mentally. You can get as annoyed at me as you like but with the information you provided I can tell you there is a 99% chance there is no ghost/spirit etc...Your missing many many key things that nearly all ghosts/spirits do.... IE just as in any situation there is a pattern clues things to look for... you mentioned NONE...sorry..

I would suggest you seek trustworthy friends and a psychologist/psychiatrist to help you through the pain but that dark side is not a spirit though it is a piece of the evil you endured inside you that you need to let go of.... I know easier said that done.. but from one that has been trapped and hurt himself ..I sought a sort of revenge myself only to find out my guy had went to jail after killing a child then died in prison... did that make me feal better? not really .. I only tell myself that hes dead now and thats one less evil person in this world.

Oh, haha, I just noticed this. I answered the other one, but I'll just repeat that all therapy is not the same, I mean regular therapy, not including paranormal therapy. Although it would be nice to release a stuck spirit and get all better fast, most things of the material world don't work like that. And we are material girls (lol) and we have material brains, so even though our souls are not material, we have to work through our earthly material problems. Aha! I just thought of something. Hmm. In a spiritual way, when you visualize something over an over, (such as yourself, being happy, painting a picture, with evidence of a happy life around you in the vision—however you think of happiness, maybe a peaceful expression on your face, or nicely colored clothes, or a pretty piece of jewelry, and on the wall, one of your paintings hung up in a frame, and some attractive furniture of the kind you like best, an oriental rug maybe, and the house is clean, whatever. Then you visualize this scene, and hold it in your mind for about a minute or 30 seconds, three times a day for a months—it makes things happen.

OR you could visualize yourself sitting with a therapist, someone who loves her work (or his work) and you see yourself feeling something new, of discovering some important information about yourself, and maybe you are moving your hands or something. Or maybe you are sitting with the therapist doing some EMDR therapy, and you can feel things moving inside your emotional brain and body, and you can feel healing taking place. YOU just put all those details in the image, and then, like I said before, hold it in your mind as a picture (I'll bet you have a strong visual mind if you are an artist) THE OTHER THING is, and I know this from doing it, if you start looking into finding a better kind of therapist, one that works with material girls haha and not spirits (and there will be more regular, but modern, therapists around than paranormal therapist, plus a LOT more studying has been done by people developing effective methods of therapy in the material world.

So, let's see, what was I saying. I was saying that if you put forth the effort to find out more about therapy, and what works, what will help, and how to find these resources, you will find yourself making progress. "Seek and ye shall find." they say! And it's true, that's how the Universe works. Look how much you've learned about the paranormal because of all the attention you've put on it. I think the reason that all that energy that you've put into it hasn't really helped is because up that tree, there is no help for you. That's not what is wrong, I'll bet. Interesting and intriguing as the paranormal is. Now, I'm not saying I'm sure I'm right, though. If you could get together $50 or $100, I could give you the name of a psychic who did a reading for me, had some good information in it. She could probably detect whether what's going on with you had something to do with the spiritual realm or whether it is something more earthly. Like something FROM your spiritual self that you came here to learn. (most of the best learning for your soul happens on an material plane, earthly or some other planet. Some souls won't even COME to earth, because it can be so painful. But when you've gotten THROUGH it, your soul finishes up with SO much more deep understanding of what "it" is all about.)

Plus, if you have spare time, as you are not working, you could start reading—psychology, or books about other dimensions, etc, but positive ones, not scary ones. I am just so not interested in thinking about spirits and ghosts as scary. That's not the interesting thing about them, but this is America and everyone is bored and wants to be scared and afraid or watch movies about war and criminals. What a waste of time, what a way to make yourself feel bad! ooops, I've gone on a little rant here, sorry!! I guess that's it for now!!

I think you just need to find a very good therapist to work through all of your terrible experiences in life.
