im 15 years old and i've been trying to do o.b.e.'s and have lucid dreams for about the past 1 1/2 weeks. Im really into this stuff and i've learned SO much on what to do for each experience. I've had 2 lucid dreams and was very close to a W.I.L.D. or wake induced lucid dream. The lucid dreams were literally the greatest feeling i have ever had. i flew, met up with a passed on dog, and killed intruders of my house.
Now onto the real questions... after looking into this stuff in real depth, i know about sleep paralysis, writing dreams down in a journal, how to transition from sleep paralysis to an O.B.E, etc. (all the stuff you need to know) when i try to relax to induce a w.i.l.d. i get relaxed into a deep state, and i get chills repeatedly and have vivid visualizations. once i focus on the visualization though, it goes away. are the chills and visualizations sleep paralysis? or close to it? and if i could have and in depth explanation on how i should feel when i release the "spirit" of myself go. this would all be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU :)

To be honest I don't have any method. I've been having OBEs since I was little. All I do is relax and it all happens on its own

Do NOT try to force an astral projection!

Do NOT try to force an astral projection!

Do NOT try to force an astral projection!

Just let it happen....the biggest ink(its this ******* easy!!!!), is to just see yourself there!

and sooner or later, it will happen and the waves of vibrations will overtake you and you will, see the "rabbit hole" or just literally roll out of your body.

Another way is by way of dreams...

Think of your Dreams as the sandy beach, and Lucid Dreaming is the shore line, and the astral-planes is the ocean.

Start a dream journal, it will help you re-collect your dreams and have lucid dreams, and astral-projection is a by-product of LD.

You also have WAY more meaningful dreams! And your "higher-self" speaks to you even more...

Your head/neck might desire to be placed in a definite way. Having the back of the pinnacle decrease then the back and particularly tilted or twisted might artwork for you. Sleep paralysis is quite a terrible journey i think of LOL
